Welcome to Bina App! Bina App is an online platform dedicated to the construction field. At Bina App, our mission is to connect people who are working in the construction field altogether and with people who are not working in the construction field too through a digital platform that is easy to use to create employment opportunities in Iraq. Through Bina App, people can find services related to project renovation and Construction.

These Terms of Use (the "Terms" or the "Agreement") set forth the binding legal agreement between you and Bina App. The Agreement governs your use of www.bina-app.com and all of the related websites, mobile apps, and services offered by Bina App.

We encourage you to review this Agreement carefully. By accessing or using the Bina App in any way, including browsing www.Bina-app.com, you are agreeing to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of the Terms, you may not use the Bina App.

 

1. Using the Bina App Platforms.

• Who can use it? The use of the Bina App by anyone under 18  years of age is strictly prohibited!

• Registration. Access to certain functionalities of the Bina App will require you to register with us and to create a profile on our Platforms. If you register with Bina App, you agree to provide us with accurate information and update it as needed for accuracy. You also may have the option to register for an account by linking your Facebook, Google, or LinkedIn account.

• Privacy Policy. By using the Bina App in any way, you understand and acknowledge that the terms of the Privacy Policy apply to you, regardless of whether you use your account on Bina App or not.

• Termination. You may close your account at any time by going to account settings and deactivating your account. We may permanently or temporarily suspend your use of the Bina App at any time for any reason, without any notice or liability to you. We may terminate your account at any time for any or no reason, including if you violate any Bina App policy.

 

2. Our Content and Materials.

• Definition of Our Content and Materials. All intellectual property in or related to the Bina Platform (specifically including, but not limited to, our software, the Bina marks, the Bina logo, and Bina buttons, badges, and widgets, but excluding Your Content), is the property of Bina.

 

Ownership. You acknowledge and agree that the Bina App and Bina App marks will remain the property of Bina. The content, information, and services made available on the Bina App are protected by Iraq and international copyright, trademark, and other laws, and you acknowledge that these rights are valid and enforceable. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Bina App.
